Since founding Kismet Films, Pace has produced Overnight Sensation (Edie Falco, Harold Perrineau), Don't Explain (Marianne Jen Baptiste, Harry Lennix) and Associate Produced Seven and a Match (Heather Donahue), for the company's feature film division, as well as short films, including one with Joel Schumacher Productions and another with Ralph Macchio. Pace formerly worked as Director of Production for Alec Baldwin's El Dorado Pictures, where he developed and identified new television and feature film projects. During his tenure at El Dorado, he was Associate Producer on The Confession (Alec Baldwin, Ben Kingsley) and the TV series, Raw Footage (Bravo/IFC). Prior to that he served as a liaison between Baldwin and various studios and producers during the filming of Ghosts of Mississippi, The Edge and Mercury Rising. Pace has recently co-founded DocuMental Productions, a joint venture with Triangle Park Entertainment, for the production of Documentary and Reality projects. The young company already has several projects in various stages of production and development. He has also produced commercial spots and corporate films for many national entities and has won ADDY and TELLY Awards for his commercial productions. Pace received his Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University and has a Master's in television production.
